10 most frequently asked questions:

1. Where do you coach?

 

I usually coach in Hendon Park, Mill Hill Park and Lyttleton playing fields, Hampstead Garden Suburb.

 

2. Can I bring a friend?

 

Yes you can bring a friend or a sibling with the largest group size being 6 players. My price increases with every extra person so you could share the cost of the lesson with your friends.

 

Prices:

 

One person - £40for 1 hour

 

Two people - £45 for 1 hour

 

Three people - £50for 1 hour.

 

Four people - £55 for 1 hour.

 

Five people - £60 for 1 hour.

 

Six people - £65 for 1 hour.

 

If you wanted a 45 minute lesson the price is £30for one. For two people it is £35 etc..

 

If you wanted a 30 minute lesson the price is £20 for one. For two people it is £25 etc..

 

Shorter lessons are particularly suitable for younger children under 7 years old, however I can organise shorter lessons for any age.

 

3. What happens if I need to cancel a lesson?

 

If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, there is no charge. There is also no charge if it rains.

 

4. Is the court fee included in the price?

 

No. I hire the court for an hour £5 per hour but can do 30 mins or 45 mins if you prefer. The court fee is adjusted accordingly.This court fee is not included in my coaching fee.

 

5. Do I need my own racket?

 

No you do not. I have age specific rackets from 4yrs up to adults. If you would like to buy your own I can advise on the most suitable one for you.

 

6. Do I need my own tennis balls?

 

No you do not. I have age relevant balls for 4yrs and up in accordance with LTA guidelines.

 

7. What type of shoes should I wear?

 

Any type of trainer or sport shoe is good.

 

8. At what age can you begin tennis? 

 

You can begin playing tennis at any age, however I recommend that children are usually 4yrs before they start to play.

 

9. Do you coach indoors?

 

No I do not. Wrap up warm and wear gloves in the winter. You will keep warm by playing the game.

 

10. Are there floodlights?

 

No there are not. In winter we have to stop when it gets dark mid-afternoon but the rest of the year we can play well into the evening.
